How to Book a HATTOD Delivery

Before booking, prepare the customer name, active contact number, exact pickup point, complete destination, item description and payment arrangement.

1. Use a clear pickup location

Include the barangay, street or purok and a recognizable landmark. This reduces rider delays.

2. Describe the item honestly

State whether the item is fragile, valuable, liquid, food or medicine. HATTOD may decline unsafe or prohibited requests.

3. Confirm the delivery fee

Wait for the official fee or booking confirmation before expecting dispatch.

4. Keep your phone available

The admin or rider may need to contact you for directions, pickup confirmation or delivery concerns.
